		<description>We are seeing good buys at Carolina Beach right now. The price trend line is down, but the properties in foreclosure are higher than the market price so they are not being bought at the courthouse.I don't know how long this trend will continue, but the 37% down ward trend figure quoted above would appear to be accurate to me. Outside of south florida, I do not know of any single market on the east coast, that has better deals currently. New leadership at town hall and the recent fed cuts may reverse the trend soon, so shop hard and buy soon before the window closes.
